Each of these lovely beads are about 1.25 inches long. They make STUNNING jewelry and are SO easy to use! See my photos for some great ideas you are MORE than welcome to copy!

Not only are these incredibly elegant, they allow you to make necklaces with very few of your more expensive beads! These work best with small silver balls on either end (see photos). I have both plain and stardust beads on Listia that work perfectly (see last photos).

Yes, as far as I know they are. I saw another seller with these and she said hers are not, which lead me to question whether mine are. I've had some that tarnished a bit so I think they are plated, but honestly I buy them from different sellers at different times. But they are all a very bright pretty silver, which usually means silver plated.

The nice thing about these is they are so delicate and keep the jewelry lightweight. Double strand jewelry is very difficult to make, at least I've always had issues trying to attach the clasps and get the length of each strand just right, but they do make impressive jewelry when you're done!
