The listing, Set of 3 Fiskas Brand Eyelet tools has ended.

These are a spring that you snap in order to set the eyelets in the paper. One end as a hole for making different sized holes and the other end is used to set the eyelets. You still need a good hard surface but they eliminate the need for a hammer when setting eyelets. These are still pretty noisy if you snap the spring hard enough to get it to set. I have barely used them, still in great shape.

Rubber coated metal, and pretty heavy duty.
