This is a new with tag dress from No Boundaries in size Large (11-13). I have take some approximate measurements laying the dress flat and measuring from side to side:

Length (top of strap to hem): 35"
Bust (across chest armpit to armpit): 18"-20" with stretch applied
Waist (across middle): 15"-18" with stretch applied

This comes from a smoke free but dog friendly home:)
