FREE: 128GB Solid State Drive

The listing, 128GB Solid State Drive has ended.

This auction is for a used 128GB SATA 3GB/s (SATA II) SSD. This SSD was used for benchmark testing and has had 3 Operating Systems previously installed on it for testing purposes. The drive was also previously disassembled and re-assembled to verify components used to build it. Drive has a manufacturer logo on the front of it, but no labels and aside from the testing, has had no real use.

Drive is built with Toshiba MLC Flash, with 128MB Hynix DDR DRAM buffer and JMicron flash controller.

I included some HD Tune benchmark screen shots, with results in print below, so you could see the speed you can get from the drive.

Max Read Speed: 162.7 MB/s
Burst Speed: 204.0 MB/s

Max Write Speed: 100.5 MB/s
Burst Speed: 203.9 MB/s

Test were run on a MSI motherboard SATA II, care of Intel SATA Controller.
