@Amber864: "Unless otherwise agreed upon by both the winner and seller, you must ship items out within 7 days from the day you receive the winner's approved shipping address and shipping payment (if applicable)" is what it says in the rules, verbatim. So if she puts here that she ships every 10 days (which could mean that your item might even get shipped out the day after the auction), and you bid on it, then basically you have just accepted the terms of the auction (and it's a binding contract) that she set forth, and you are then expected to wait the specified amount of time. If you bid on an auction that clearly states a specific time-frame, and then dispute it for a refund because they didn't ship within 7 days, you won't get the refund because you agreed to wait the specified time the seller stated by bidding. Just an FYI. :)
