If this is a Verizon phone, and you have never had it hooked up to Verizon, then why does it look so used? And why didnt you hook it up? I guess you dont know if it even works? How old is this phone?

I BOUGHT IT on ebay.... In case i need ed a extra phone. I now have a iPhone. This phone was used by the previous owned and was guaranteed to work by the seller on ebay.

Is the esn clear on it? Verizon won't allow activation if not. Have you ever even turned it on? Do u guarantee it to work and that the esn is clear?

I cant refund credits it was guaranteed to work by the seller on ebay i bought it from a 100% feedback seller. Also its free and if u dont want to take a chance than dont

people on ebay lie everyday i know its free but really its not we have sell our product to get points. u need to list a notice saying that u are saying selling "AS IS" if u sell this and it doesnt work u get neg feedback and if it were me getting screwed i would report it to listia- i think ur a great seller so not trying to ***** u off just asking u to protect ur auction

OK, To ease everyones mind what you do is take the battery out of the back and write down the esn number. Put the battery back in and dial verizon (611) on my verizon phone. You then ask them if this phone is cleared for hook up. They will tell you if it is locked or has an outstanding bill or if you can hook it up. Then you list that info here for all to see and away yo go. Problem solved. Raz

Exactly- Cyber!! got my credits on hold, so I definately wont be getting this! We are still on the old Alltel phones and no chance to upgrade to Verizon phones for another year (that is w/out paying full retail). . .
Some may think this is all in fun, but for some its a business to trade our items for credits, to get items we Need---
