You get seven pieces in this auction. I think the two cloth patches are sergeants stripes? There are two pinbacks with U.S. on them. I think they may be brass, both will need some cleaning. There are also a lot of scratches too. The anchor is a US Navy pin (not a pinback). I've seen several different styles of this pin. I don't know if it is an official pin or not. The bar pin is, I think, a lieutenants pin. This one is sterling. Last is a small gold pinback Chaplain's lapel cross. It doesn't say plated, so probably gold-toned. It is in good condition though.The military pins might date back to WWII. Maybe some of you history buffs would know.
