everything has been cleared. the entire phone has been completely reset. It needs to be reset ,even basics like (english/spanish)

I mean like there is no unpaid bill on Verizon while using this phone or it was ever reported lost or stolen? Either of those would cause the phone to have a bad ESN....therefore preventing it from being reactivated on Verizon, thanks.
