The listing, Wilmer Fields Autographed Signed 8 X 10 Photo Negro Leagues has ended.

Very nice autographed 8 X 10 of Negro League legend Wilmer Fields. NO COA, was signed in person a long time ago. Mr. Fields passed away in 2004.

Mr. Fields played for the Homestead Grays in the Negro Leagues as well as leagues in Canada and Puerto Rico after the Grays disbanded. Usually as pitcher he would still play third base or the outfield when not pitching and was considered one of the better two way players in the league. Believed to have had a 102 wins compared to only 26 losses as a pitcher. Also served 4 years in Army during WWII.
