Willing to pay that 30 cent charge to cover the fees. Just a note, I sent a "gift" the other day and instead of you getting the fees the sender (being me in this case) received a charge. It's quite larger than what I would expect, but a little cheaper than the sellers fees. Sending it as a gift doesn't "insure" the item with paypal, which I recommend everyone do, not because seller-buyer issues, but USPS isn't the most reliable postal carrier, if there is such a thing.

Not sure what you ar stating. but I am not suggesting you send payment marked Gift. I am stateing to send it from the tab "personal" there, there are several options for the sender to choose. I mearly state I always choose "OTHER". Thank you for you information any way. good luck bidding.

i guess what i am trying to state is, either way there will be a charge on either the bidder or sellers end. so, if there is going to be a charge why not the winner, whoever it be for this auction, just pay the 30 cent fee for you and have the item insured with paypal? makes a little more sense, maybe not.

Actually. let me change that to Not OK. As a seller, or as a bidder the terms are specified in the listing. This does not matter if it is mine or someone elses. If the seller states to follow a certain procees so he or she does not incure a fee then that is what is to be done. Example: S&H cost is $5.00 bidder send the cost through paypal and paypal hits one or the other with a fee. If the seller stated S&H $5.00 and only receives $4.70 the bidder has not fullfilled the terms of the auction and the seller may refuse payment or ask for the additional amount to make up the differance. ( this is especially true of non paypal members or un verified members of paypal, that do not have a balance in their account)

I hope this helps everyone. I am not the only seller that states the requirements in their listing. It protects all. Thank you for looking, reading and hopefully bidding.
