I am not sure what this was desighned for but it was so cute I picked it up at a yard sale and used it on my blender bottle, When my house caught fire last December this was sent in and dry cleaned so it is in great shape right now (not perfect but nice) has Piglet and Pooh at Light house base.
Measures 12" h x 6" dia. there is a reinforced slit for a handle or ?, bottom is elestic, flag on top adds about an 1".
No loose seams.
