As I mentioned to another seller, Listia needs to give trusted sellers their hard earned credits, make it their (Listia's) job to get those credits period. There's no reason we should be struggling, relisting, losing time & credits.
On another if a seller doesn't ship, then and only then take credits back

Maybe if we post enough about it, open tickets, and discuss it in that FB page, maybe we'll be heard

That's a great idea about trusted sellers ❗. I've submitted a hand & foot full of tickets and several others have as well . So they know just how MAD ‼️ We truly are. We have also voiced our opinion on their Facebook.
There has been NO RESPONCE from the company. Only time they do , is when they want something from us or if they don't approve of something we've done . Besides that THEY ARE JUST HIDDING ❗
