There is 3 shampoos, 3 conditioners, 4 heat defense cream, and 4 sprays. The shampoos, conditioners and the heat defense cream packets each measure 6 inches long by 2 inches in the width. It does not specify on the packets the exact size therefore, I just measured them with a ruler. Hope that will help. There is 4 sprays in total and the exact volume on those are .83 fl. oz.
