well when i had the jeweler open to put new battery in he showed me that the buttons inside wernt hitting where it is supposed to . He said something simple to fix it but i just cant quite recall. Oh yea and by the way the battery in it is brand new like 4 weeks brand new. Sorry thats all the info i got for u
