Kimberly -- I have had problems lately too. Especially if people are not listers but merely purchasers of credits...they seem to log in when they feel like it. Some say "out of town" and will check when they return and others say they were just busy although you can see that they log in. I've written them about six times and gotten ignored. So I started putting on some of my auctions a reminder to check off "received" once the items arrive safely...but still.....some people are just slow with that. Very inconsiderate!!! They can check off "received" and then leave feedback or not at their leisure and you can even put in a dispute and request for refund AFTER you check off "received" so there is no excuse ;(

It makes no since to me. She's was all about txten me when she wanted me to change the gin for her and I went right then and mailed it off so she would get it sooner instead of later. She was so happy I did as I said I'd do and this is how she thanks me. Ice been a trusted seller over 2 yrs but listia still holds most of my larger credit auction. I dont understand that either. Im just so mad about this.

I have written Listia numerous times about that.....why keep credits pending when it has been YEARS that I send items with tracking EVERY time and NEVER have I gotten a seller who claims I did not send it. On several occasions tracking shows it never was delivered because of USPS ineptitude but I refunded the buyer as soon as they requested it. I've bought credits several times in order to buy something when my credits were in the millions in a pending state. I believe once the item shows tracking or at least "received" the credits should be released. I guess when sellers get their credits immediately they are not as inclined to ship right away. I am compulsive and when an auction/listing ends I can't wait to rush to the post office as long as it is morning. I don't go in the afternoons ;D

Ive done the same by buying credits cause mine are pending. I think they should release upon the buyer receiving item as long as TRACKING shows it was delivered or at least instead of giving buyer 20 days they should just give like 3 days to say that got item. That's plenty of time to figure out if they like it dont like item. That really makes no since. 20 days is ridiculous.
