This cami shaper has been worn once and washed. It fit comfortably my size 18 figure but it is not made to support a DD bust. It did not roll up to the waist when I wore it. I tried to wear the bra a couple of times but I would say the same thing about the fit. Both bra and camishaper have removable pads
