Hi Jamie4477...when you list an auction, directly under the description of your item, is the shipping choices. Once you click either "Will Ship US" and/or "Will Ship Intl", another field pops up directly under that in which you can choose either "FREE" or indicate the amount you need to charge for shipping. However, once an auction has been bidded upon, you cannot change your shipping options or fees. If your auction is merely been commented upon or someone is "watching" your auction, you can edit the shipping and days of your auction, but once a bid is made, you are locked into what you already have listed.
