It does work BUT...
My child dropped it into a bowl of oatmeal, and the hearing on it was crappy. I don't know if it can be fixed or not. I used it until I upgraded to the Iphone 4. I haven't used it in a while and really don't remember much about it. I will say that its as is condition and I would reccomend using it for parts. I don't have an extra charger for it, sorry but you can get a charger at walmart for I believe it was $15. Thanks

I suggest using it for parts. it did turn on and was useable the last time I used it, however i master reset the entire phone yesterday before I listed it. so without a sim card I can't check into. sorry. I hope that helps.
