This is a 1992 Topps "Gold" NOLAN RYAN baseball card.
This was the first year that Topps offered a gold parallel to their base set.
This is the Gold card, not the Gold Winner. The Gold cards were rare pack pulls while the Gold Winner was a more common redemption parallel; standard Gold cards from 1992 Topps are worth about 5x as much as the Gold Winner cards.
