You are bidding on a very sophisticated, workout DVD. If you are looking for simply aerobics, this DVD is not for you. But if you want to look sexy while working out, then it will help you deliver!

The exercise routines were created by fitness expert Denise Druce with She & Co., Salt Lake City, Utah. DVD was produced by Fitness Essentials.

It has 1 low impact workout that lasts about 27 minutes, a very easy workout. And tells more about the company that created it.

DVD has a few light scratches, but is in very good condition and plays fine. I play dvds in more than 1 dvd player before making a decision and this one didn't give me any problems.

This item can be picked up or shipped. I only ship on Fridays and through USPS with confirmation.
