From here on out if you receive a necklace , ring or item and say it was the wrong item. It will be sent COD back to me or no credits should be returned. I am human and sometimes items are mislabeled but my prices will rise to cover that cost since those not returning items get to keep their credits and my items. You can't go to Walmart and get your money back without returning the item and Listia should take that into consideration and require the return of said item if it is not what they were suppose to have. I am human and as much as I do not like it make mistakes.
