This is a REAL DIAMOND RING. 10K Gold. SZ 4 1/2. It has 33 small diamonds in a heart shape ring. It is beautiful. Could be worn as a pinky ring, or can be made larger. Don't know how many carets. I would say approximately 1/2 to one caret It is to small for me and I don't wear it anymore, so hope someone else can get enjoyment out of it. It is in very good condition. NO stones are missing.
