We have years of experience planting, growing and harvesting AND I research things to death (according to my Sis). Why should you grow Raspberries, you ask? Besides the fact that they are AMAZING plain, in smoothies & yogurt, dehydrated, etc.......

HEALTH - Raspberries are one of a select number of foods considered to be a “super-food” - they contain chemicals that research says help fight diseases, esp Cancer. Growing these in your own yard allows you to do it the organic way, without using harmful/toxic pesticides and herbicides. One cup of raspberries supplies over 40% of the recommended daily intake of Vitamin C and manganese, and 1/3 of the fiber required...more fiber than any other fresh fruit.
