What I have for you today is a Fiskars decorative circle punch. This punch will cut a 6" and a 4" design. To use this cutie you need to have an already cut out 6" or 4" paper circle. Lift the handle all the way up. Insert the circle all the way to the ridge of desired size . Guide is on the right side of punch. Punch. Then move the circle to line up the printed design to the now cut design and punch again. Keep going to the end. Picture 4 shows the final circle. Happy bidding !Sue Creates !
