The listing, War Ration Book No. 3 has ended.

This is a war ration book dated 1943,signed by Tyler E. Smith, nothing else was filled out. Has 8 pages of stamps all together, but only a few full pages. Most are partial pages. book contains two type of ration stamps. Not the greatest shape,but still neat.

Wow1 Thats alot. I've also got a couple of used post cards, where on one the man writes about seeing the battleships in the Atlantic, hes from Southbend Ind. Postmarked 1941. Was thinking of putting it on here also.

Very nice...I just traded for 3 of the war ration books..2 are like this one and one is different..My mother still talks to me about how happy she is with your 2 sets of
wooden spoons..Thanks for the wonderful gifts for Thanksgiving & X-Mas to make
my mother so happy..they are hanging on herr kitchen wall with the other hundreds

I'm glad she enjoys them, I'll be keeping my eye out for some more. Theres a guy that lives next street over from me, and he has a large building of everything. It all comes from estae sales. When the sales are over he goes in an buys whats left over, an i get some great deals there. Its like my own personal flea market..lol.
So if theres anything perticular besides the wooden spoons you're interested in, just let me know, I'll keep an eye out.

Thanks so much...Wow..your so lucky to have somebody like that living next to you like that!! I really like old stamps and any WW1 or WW2 war stuff...patches, letters, post cards, magazines, comics all pre-1945...which are hard to find items and seem to go for alot of credits here on Listia..but if you do come across any of these items..
I would be very interested...even Coca Cola Ads pre-1945 would be great!!! Your friend...China Mike

I just listed my WW2 War ration book # 4 on Listia a couple of hours ago...theirs an auction I really want..so hopefully it will bring alot of credits..I have another one of the book #4's and I also have this one Book # 3 in mint shape..so I won't be bidding on this one any more...my friend Bigskystuff has bidded on it...and I would never bid against her....China Mike

Yeah! I know what you mean...my credits go as qick as I earn them...In 6 months
I've spent over 200,000 credits at least...mostly on stamps...Good luck on this auction!! You should get over 5,000 credits at least from what I've een the others go for....talk to you later...China Mike
