Are you deliberately being obtuse? How does this answer my question? I have small wrists, I need to know the smallest size in inches so I know whether or not to bid. If it's going to be too big, there's no sense in me bidding, If, on the other hand, it will fit me, I can guarantee you that no matter what the bids are, I will out bid them until this is mine. It's in your best interest to answer the question.
