I never read any reviews about authenticity of products sold on Amazon. They sell products that are sold elsewhere, and I don't think a huge corporation like Amazon would tamper with the ingredients of creams and lotions. I use many items from Amazon, and everything depends on the brand name of the item and the ingredients. I think "Sketchy Authenticity" is very derogatory, and I personally wouldn't repeat that if I didn't have solid evidence of it. I'm not saying what you or anyone else could or should say or not say. That's just me and my own opinion
considering that I work for Amazon, LOL.

Yeah Amazon has independent Sellers that are not part of the "Amazon Fulfillment". Buying from Amazon is different but you can buy from Amazon and it come from an outside seller, that's where the (possible) counterfeits come in. This is my personal preference, I order all sorts of other products from Amazon. Usually salon products are not distributed from Amazon because they do not have a contract with the manufacturer label and so are fulfilled outside Amazon.
