This is medium sized bracelet. Male or female.

Made with only 100% Military grade Nylon, 7 strand core, 550 Para-cord and a heavy duty 1/2" Whistle buckle!

All my bracelets are tied and finished to ensure you get many years of use. This is not a cheap, Chinese or craft store bracelet, made from inferior materials.

HOW TO MEASURE YOUR WRIST::
Take a piece of string or anything similar, and wrap it around your wrist, then measure that next to a ruler to get your wrist size. I recommend adding 1/4 to 3/4" to whatever that size is to get your bracelet just right. Over time, it will stretch a bit and mold to the shape of your wrist due to wear and the oils on your skin. It is made to last, (or until you may actually need to use it).
