More than 100 tested recipes for cakes, cookies, candies, pies, frostings, beverages. Hershey's Cocoa is pure chocolate with about three quarters of the cocoa butter removed; baking chocolate is pure chocolate, too, but with none of the cocoa butter removed. The important difference: cocoa butter adds no chocolate flavor to a recipe because it has no chocolate flavor.

If you don't know, IF you win an auction, you have to click on the PAY; it means you have the credits and has nothing to do with money. I had to ask as I had not heard about Listia's "new deal". Here is their response:

We released a new way of bidding on the site recently, that allows users to bid above their available balance, if they choose to do so. When you win an item, you now have to go back to the listing to confirm that you would like to use your credits for the listing or if you would like to pay money for credits you do not currently have at that time.
