This is a Counter-Strike: Global Offensive key that opens Chroma 3 cases. It's kind of like Mann Co. Supply Crate Keys from TF2.

You can use it in CS:GO or sell it on the Steam Community Market to get some credit in your Steam wallet. Or you can even trade it to other people. (There are some people on Steam who will give you game gifts or Steam trading cards if you trade keys to them)
