This is the cutest toddlers balloon overalls and blouse to sew pattern around by Daisy Kingdom . Check out the ruffles too around arm, collar and ankles. Simplicity a vintage 1989 totally complete pattern and instructions. Long. very loose fitting balloon overalls cut crosswise, have front and back pleated to bib, shoulder ties, side and leg openings with VELCRO closures and pleated and ribbon trimmed leg edges. Pullover blouse cut crosswise has back zipper, side slits, eyelit trimand short tucked sleeve with ribbon or fabric trim. Great for the sewers amongst us. :) Enjoy and good luck . Size 2

Fanned and watching. Was thinking about this type of pattern a couple of days ago. I made something like it about 12 or 13 years ago, but since gave away the pattern 'cause I didn't have a little one to sew for. Now I do! my 2 year old granddaughter!
