You get seven total of these teddy bear memory lockets. They are in like new condition. See all pics. They have a side slot to put in charms. It is a little tricky to open them at first but you will get the hang of it. Because of this side opening I don't know how hard it would be to get the charms back out again. They come on a smallish 15 inch juvenile length ball chain. I will send 40 random charms and some gems to go in them but you can give me some suggestions on themes of charms you would like (sports, initials, hearts, cupcake, holidays, etc.) and if I have it I will include it in your 40.
