Adorable!
100% genuine leather vest and wrap skirt.
Skirt has two snap buttons for adjustability at the waist. Navy blue leather longhorn accents, ribbons, and pockets.

Please note that this is good genuine leather and has characteristics as such. Will need to be cared for like any genuine leather product.

Made at a local leathersmiths in Ohio.
Never worn.
Girls size Small.

Its waist adjusts from about a 17"-18" waist. I think that's like around a 2T? But I'm not positive on that, just info I found on Google.
