The listing, Authentic Juicy Couture Crown Necklace and Bracelet With Bag From E. Arden. Tags Attached! has ended.

This is a set of Authentic Juicy Couture Crown Jewelry. A Necklace and Bracelet Set with toggle clasp and rhinestone encrusted Crown. Both still have tags attached and are $30.00 and $28.00 respectively. Also included is a Viva La Juicy bag from Elizabeth Arden.
These are the heavy metal chains and the toggles have the puffy design on each end as well as the small pearl dangle on the chain itself.

Now I know there is some controversy over whether the Juicy Couture items bought at any other store other then the actual Juicy Couture Outlet Stores are actually legitimate or not, but these are still considered genuine and are from Kohl's, who do sell higher quality jewelry.
These do say "Made in China"on the tag and have the "J' insignia on each piece.
If they are fakes, then please forgive me. I would never intentionally sell fake items. I am offering these up in good faith from a trusted former seller here on Listia.

Please ask all questions before bidding so you know this is something you really want. I do not return credits for buyer's remorse.

I can't believe what I have heard here!!! OMG I am shocked! I have not yet (hopefully never) experienced anything like that.... What a shame! I agree that it is not so great for sellers anymore. I have been contemplating leaving this site too as I have so many credits and can't do much with then now that they limit the sale amount and have to wait weeks to sell and get paid. Eventually, I end up buying a bunch of rubbish just to use the credits as there are not too many (as you correctly stated) of the 'old trusted' Listians left. Everytime I look more have left. It is sad. You are correct is saying it is due to our efforts on this site that Listia become what they were, and I say were because they have changed so much and ruined this site. I am sorry you lost out so much money, I suppose after a while all the selling sites become awful when they get popular and then the sellers are treated badly (eBay, for example).
Having said all that, I have to say that these two items are GORGEOUS. They are real and not fakes and are sold at Kohl's as you said. I will be bidding on them and if I win, you WILL GET PAID lol.... Good luck hon, would really hate to see you go too...... We all have to grin and bear with it, and who knows, maybe they will get the message and learn to take care of their members who have made them what they are today!!!

I'm kinda brain dead these days. Out of respect and to apologize to Listia and everyone, I never checked my credit activity. Yes, I lost out on the credits that were bid, but I did NOT lose my first Premium credits. Listia had already refunded them back into my account.
Granted, I had to pay again to relist this, but It was the same as any Premium, not a double fee!
Thank you very much for your endorsement on the authenticity of my jewelry!!!! Always such a kind gesture.

No, it's not working for me, either. Almost 99% of the excellent sellers I knew well back in the day are gone now due to all of these shenanigans! A "nice" way to put it. Too bad they don't realize the we are the ones who made them what they are today! Although they sure didn't learn from us regarding ethics.

Not anymore. I'm on SSD, much to my sorrow, so I cannot sell my handmade jewelry for profit due to my benefits and especially my healthcare!! I used to sell on a couple of other sites. One is too gargantuan to care about individual sellers, the other folded due to this type of thing.

I just want to say I buy Juicy Couture at Kohls all the time !!!! And I consider it the real deal and especially for what we pay for items . So I want to say if someone says it's not real JC , then they need to go some where else because it's as real as the outlet s !!!!! People really irk me !!! I guess I kinda answered that one already. The market for handmade jewelry is so over-saturated now, I only auction mine here. And have rarely had any problems with it. It's the other items, like I'm getting rid of now, that I've had nothing but trouble with, it seems. But again, there was always recourse!!

It seems as if they don't want us sellers to succeed any longer!! Used to be you could file a dispute and had other forms of recourse. Now it appears as if they have taken over and now control the entire selling process, bilking us out of our credits at every turn!!
The $35.00+ Vintage solid Sterling pin I lost all of my credits on? I stated I've relisted it. Guess what the bids are after 2-3 days and about 8000 in credits PLUS the 1 million+ credits I lost over this. 2 The high bid is two measly credits. I want the cost of my Premium listings back!!!!!

I am most sorry to hear you have three auctions in this awful situation for selling on this site. :/ It's NOTHING like it was when I began selling and buying on here back in 2012. smh
