So, you will receive 20+ RED RASPBERRY SEEDS along with an info sheet that I have created based on our experience with these so far, as well as my sister's plethora of knowledge and my research! Btw, you can grow these in the ground OR in containers...I am doing BOTH!

Why should you grow Raspberries, you ask? Besides the fact that they are AMAZING plain, in smoothies & yogurt, dehydrated, etc.......

HEALTH - Raspberries are one of a select number of foods considered to be a “super-food” - they contain chemicals that research says help fight diseases, esp Cancer. Growing these in your own yard allows you to do it the organic way, without using harmful/toxic pesticides and herbicides. One cup of raspberries supplies over 40% of the recommended daily intake of Vitamin C and manganese, and 1/3 of the fiber required...more fiber than any other fresh fruit.
