there is 1 pocket on the outside with a flap and velcro to hold it closed and 6 pockets on the inside with no flaps and it has a working zipper to close the purse

its about 15 in wide and 12 in tall. the handles are about 12 in tall so holding the purse by the handles its about 24 in tall
