I have around 25-35 graded books by cgc.I would say if I had it graded iot would be a 9.0-9.4. It does have what appears to be a place a crease wanted to be but was never actually folded firmly very light non-crease (if I can say that) and as far as I can tell 2 very light spine breaks that barely and I do mean barely have a hair line loss of ink about 2 mm into the cover.You will need to look very close to even notice them.This book is WELL worth putting in any collector's collection unless you have scads of money and only purchase 9.8's and up.You WILL enjoy the book,price, and it's condition.

no problem.When I list comics individually they are usually more desired or have certain significances. When I list lots they may not be as good of a condition or have as important significances. When they are modern and listed individually they will be in really nice condition and if not I will specify.Thanks for looking.
