These have been cleaned as they were dusty. The tags hold a Bible, but are not attached anymore. Both are in brand new condition and great for a bride and groom. Yes, they are in a plastic booklet. I don't know if they just look like Bibles or are just made in look like one. I have washed the two and they came out perfect and I can and will re- attach the bibles to them with clear fishing cord I use in my arts and crafts. Roe
