Bracelet or watch band...1st this isn't new, it is Used...this is mostly for someone that likes to tinker, an put things together, I wasn't to the task. It has the name 'Heather' on it, Quarter Moons, an Stars, then a Dolphin too, marked stainless steel...I don't know about allergies, smells, smoke etc., ( if you have those difficulties, I suggest you buy new, elsewhere ) One end is not there, the other end is as picture shows.
