it does work. you have to use a good nail polish not the cheap stuff. like I used Sally's an it worked good. I just don't have the patience to do it. it jus was a lot of work for me. an im lazy lol

Just FYI The tv stamp is a complete rip off by the time they add charges you pay almost $26 for the stamp. Which ius plastic Hotpantsholly has a good one up fanned and watching!!
