This is a brand new Tattoo Junkee Lip Paint set in "Rebel". It comes with a matte liquid lipstick and lip effects (mica powder). You can wear the matte liquid lipstick on its own or add the lip effects on top to give a beautiful metallic look! There are lots of great videos on YouTube about these so I would definitely recommend checking them out!:)
