The listing, Blood, Sweat & Tears Their ENTIRE 4 album collection!!!! has ended.
They came out with some memorable songs and no, they weren't one hit wonders! Although I'm not going to go through and name all the songs on all 4 albums (you can Google that yourself!), I will give you a bit of history on each album.
The first album they released was Child is Father To the Man in 1967 and stirred a bit of controversy because of the front cover. Each band member has a, as it would be called today a "mini me" in his lap. Now today that would be nothing, in fact it's mild considering what some bands have put on the covers of their LP's, CD's, in the words of their music and what they did during their performances on stage, stirring all kinds of controversy. But in the 60's for some reason it gave them something to talk about!!!
Their second album released late in 1968 won the Grammy for Album of the Year beating out the Beatles Abbey Road. "You've Made Me So Very Happy", "Spinning Wheel" and "And When I Die" each of these 3 #2 singles was on Billboard Magazines Hot 100 Chart for 13 weeks. This critical acclaim enjoyed by the band in 1969 culminated in an appearance at Woodstock!
Blood, Sweat & Tears 3 was released in 1970 and B, S & T; 4 was released mid-1971.
Now due to the years this would kind of explain the wear and tear on the album covers but the albums themselves are almost pristine. They were not mine, my daughters friends mother (sounds hokey doesn't it, but the daughters friend was deaf and the mother was the hippie!) was moving and was going to throw all these albums out. My daughter snatched them up and said no, I'll give them to my Mom, she'll use them on Listia! I love my daughter!
Her loss my gain!
All Listia rules apply!
