We use a variety of paper images to hand craft decorative light switchplates covers. Images are applied then sealed with Non-Toxic Deco~Art Americana Sealer
We're constantly asked by concerned customers/parents what type of finish we use due to hazardous chemicals/exposure citing the warning on back of polyurethane spray products..for this reason we have included AN IMAGE of the product we use(Americana Sealer IS NOT INCLUDED)Non-Toxic, Safe to use on all home decoratives including nursery/children's rooms.
Many Sealants dry with surface streaks or brushlines, for this reason we lightly sand the switchplates to minimize streaks/brushlines(last photo shows the result if not lightly sanded)
Mounting Hardwares are cosmetically & strategically placed to preserve image quality~One screw holds a single switchplate securely in place, two screws hold a double securely in place.
Switchplate covers are a household necessity, although small they can offer a unique opportunity to add a decorative touch to any room. Perfect for rooms with limited wall space.
