I guess Im not doin the reply rite hope u get this ...I dont think the tooth is real but the saphire necklace charm is ..I think the other necklace charm that is blue might be real too..not positive though it have a sterling silver chain and I broke it ..have a bad habit of sleepin with my jewelry on lol

I dont think its a real animal tooth..the saphire necklace charm is real .I think the other blue stone might be real not sure though ..I know it never tarnished my neck when I wore it ,just broke the chains and never got new..thanks for looking ...hope to see some bidding
