I don't know it's name is, but you could paint the outside a dark pink and the inside section of her belly white with a rainbow in the middle of her belly instead of a name like the dark pink care belly. Black eyes and white nose with a dark pink heart on the tip if it. I think if you google it you would see the pink Care Bear in her colors.

I see your heart nose is up really high almost to his forehead. Can that be moved down just a pinch so you could paint the eyes?
