Welcome! Thank you for your interest in this set of two comic cards. The first is a comical "Pick Pocket Permit". This is not a postcard but may have been a premium with some product. It was "Copr. 1941 Ex. Sup. Co., Chgo., Made in USA". It is in excellent condition. The second item is a postcard and called a "Clown-o-Gram" on the reverse. It was published by, "National Post Card Service, Drawer 721, Sebring, Fla." It to is in excellent condition. Two fun cards for your collection.
