This is a brand new Tattoo Junkee Lip Paint & Effects in "Vixen". "Vixen" was a seasonal name for this color I guess because its now called "Whatever" on their site and they are the exact same colors. This set comes with a matte liquid lipstick and lip effects (mica powder). You can wear the liquid lipstick on its own or add the lip effects on top for a beautiful metallic look! There are lots of great videos on YouTube showing how to use these so I would definitely recommend checking them out!:)
