Look i dont know if you were refering to me or not.. but to answer tht statement... yes i am new to Listia. and No im not a incompitant fool. i requested GIN. becuase i actually did plan to hit it and i do have more then "500" credits, but i requested it, and being overly excited forgot about that GIN rule... u know u should not put down people who are new to this site, afterall were you not a Listia Noobie once yourself...? im not trying to be rude but i found your above statement, very obligatory to new people to Listia, in your statement you make it sound like it never changes... *sigh* some people just will never be nice. . .and you know i may or may not win, but at least im not rude about my bidding and/or commenting....

And on an entirely seperate note, to all those bidding on this sweet phone, if you really want it, dont wait till the very last second to bid. Bid high early, because there will be a couple snipers that come in at the very last second and bid. The worst one is 2manTu, and he snipes everyones auctions. So if you want this phone, you better get your bids in now and put it out of his price range, or he will snipe this from you! Im watching and getting ready!

@yourfemfetal, If I was speaking to you, I would address you directly just like I did, plain and simple. But ever since we're on the subject, It actually has little to do with being new, and more to do with reading the rules and not asking the same old questions over and over on auction after auction. Its gotten to so bad, that most sellers have a set of "rules" that they have to post on their auctions, which are basically an exact copy of Listia's rules because people dont want to take the time to go read them.
And yes I was new once upon a time, and to be honest, im still somewhat new, I havent even been here a year. But, I dont, and never have, asked if someone can put up a GIN once the auction started. Ive never asked someone to end an auction early for x amount of credits, usually an insulting amount at that. Ive never asked anyone to lower the days once a bid has been placed, or just asked them to lower it at all. Ive never asked someone to sell me an item outside of listia. Ive never spammed another sellers auctions with "superpoints" affiliate links, or links to my own auction. Ive never done any of those things, because before I bid on a single auction, I actually took 15 minutes out of my day and went and read the rules and policies. I also took the 2 minutes it takes to read the sellers description before bidding so I didnt ask a question when the answer was in the description the whole time. Ive never done any of these things that I repeatedly see over and over done in all these auctions. It takes up a sellers time, and space in their comments section to repeatedly answer all these things over and over. So it has less to do with being new, and more to do with people not taking the time to READ before they speak or bid.

Can you lower the days, put up a GIN, ill pay you 500 credits, and if i bid and won how would i receive the phone? LOL, im just messing with ya. You can use my stock answer to all three of those questions, cause I get those questions all the time from the usual suspects. My answer is "if your so new that you are still asking those 3 questions, then trust me, you dont have enough credits to win this.
