This is my first Growing LOT auction. All items are brand new. At certain increments, I will add an item or two. What you see is what you get. Please see photos for details. For questions, please send me a DM.

New item/s will be added starting at 350k. (some possible items to be added : GC, accessories, entertainment, toys.. etc)

Due to the limitations of photography, items may slightly vary in actual appearance.

>> If items are without GIN, I will consider one. Please be reasonable for any offers. Growing auctions may not be GIN.

>> MULTIPLE WINS: I combine shipping. If you won and or planning to win more than 1 item on my list, please send me a message.

>> As per Listia NEW rules, you have 3 days to pay for the item and provide a verified address. If payment is not provided within 3 days, your transaction will be considered past due and I will be able to cancel the transaction and relist the item. Listia members who fail to pay for items they’ve won will face bidding restrictions and possible account suspension.

>> As per Listia rules, I have 7 days from time of posted address to ship. I usually ship first class mail, which usually takes 2-5 business days. BOOKS ALWAYS SHIP MEDIA MAIL.

>> Once tracking number is provided, it doesn't mean you can see tracking updates immediately. PLEASE KNOW TRACKING NUMBERS CAN TAKE 24-72 HRS BEFORE IT UPDATES. WEEKEND AND HOLIDAY SHIPMENTS MAY TAKE LONGER.

>> Tracking will be included for all items except items that only require a stamp.

>> I do not lower days.

>> NON-SMOKING HOUSEHOLD.

>> I go to the post office when I can. I PRINT AND SHIP FROM HOME and ALWAYS GO TO THE POST OFFICE WITHIN THE ALLOTTED 7 DAYS WINDOW FOR SHIPMENT. I try to ship as fast as possible, but it can be difficult sometimes with a full time job so please be patient.
