This is a almost new phone....my son and I got these and then after moving back to Kansas we changed service and phones and no longer need the phone. It comes with all equipment that came with the phone and the owners manual. It is a camera phone as well. It also come with a stylis to write or type with. You can also take pics and write on them before sending...pretty neat feature. YOU DO NEED INTERNET PLAN FOR THIS PHONE AS ITS A SMART PHONE! PLEASE SERIOUS BIDDERS ONLY!

no it isn't touch screen and I am not sure that its unlocked or not. I have been told that US Cellular dont do that but I don't know. Thats a question you would have to ask them.
